With a bespoke training programme designed specifically for you and your injury, I can help you get back up to speed as quickly as possible. Plus the exercises in the programme will not only aid recovery but also reduce the risk of future injuries to yourself.
Physiotherapy can be an important part of recovery and I already have experience with working with a number of physiotherapists in Chiswick including The Massage Centre. I am happy to keep in regular contact with your physio during your rehabilitation. Together we can identify any causes, weaknesses and warning signs so that you can exercise pain free and return you to full function as quick as possible.
Experience and training has taught me that it is important that we do not focus on just your injury and that successful recovery relies on other parts of your body. It may be that a weakness elsewhere lead to the cause of your injury and so we will work together to maintain your bodies flexibility and balance whilst increasing your strength and stability.
